I'm a licensed clinical socialworker with more than a decade of experience treating trauma, anxiety, depression, and the relational patterns that keep people stuck. I work with young adults and adults who are capable and driven on the outside and carrying more than they let on. Therapy with me is collaborative, transparent, and direct. Through trauma-informed psychodynamic therapy and advanced training in I draw on IFS, EMDR, Sensorimotor therapy, and DBT how we work is chosen around what you need rather than applied to everyone. Much of my work starts with presence. You'll have my full attention and my commitment to your process. we'll explore what's beneath the surface. We'll help you understand your patterns, process trauma, and manage emotions. Together, we'll create lasting change toward a peaceful, fulfilling life
Background
I earned my MSW in Advanced Clinical Social Work at Columbia and interned at Mount Sinai Hospital. I went on to work in hospital clinics, group practices, and day treatments across Manhattan, most recently as an LCSW in the outpatient psychiatric clinic at Mount Sinai Beth Israel. There I provided individual, family, and group therapy, supervised psychiatry residents, taught on DBT, and served on the faculty team for the Complex Trauma Treatment and Therapy Program. I still supervise clinicians working toward licensure.
