About Emily

I believe in a collaborative, transparent, and authentic process in therapy. I have expertise treating both adolescent and adults facing family conflict, depression, anxiety, complex trauma, stress, and diffcult relationships. Therapy enables my patients to identify underlying patterns, navigate transitions, and craft more satisfying experiences.

I use training in DBT, Internal Family Systems, trauma and attachment based therapies to help my clients learn skills and explore thought patterns that can block them from fully engaging in life. There is so much in our world that takes us away from being present; knowing this much of my work starts with presence, and the reassurance to my clients that I am fully committed to their journey.
