I have worked in Manhattan and Brooklyn hospitals, schools, group practices, and mental health clinics providing psychotherapy to children, teenagers, and adults facing depression, trauma, loss, anxiety, and personal stress. There are so many obstacles in our world that can affect youth or families’ ability to manage stress. Knowing this, I practice relationally emphasizing the creation of a relationship that is non-judgmental, respectful, and nurturing.
